Learning Communities

WIN – Women's Inclusion Network

The Women’s Inclusion Network (WIN) is a National Life Group community of bright, forward-thinking women and men dedicated to being a positive catalyst for diversity and inclusion in the financial services field. Standing on our core pillars of innovative leadership, diversity and inclusion, empowering women and giving back, WIN strives to build a culture where diversity thrives and uplifts the communities we serve.

BUILD — Blacks Uplifted in Leadership Development

Blacks Uplifted in Leadership Development, or BUILD, was chartered to commit to the increase of Black agents and leaders in our industry. According to Marsh, only 4% of independent agencies have an African American principal or senior manager. This lack of representation can interfere with our ability to effectively reach and create connections with a diverse and growing prospective audience.

BUILD is dedicated to:

  1. The professional and personal development of Black agents and agencies.
  2. Creating resources to educate and advance the African American community, through Black agents and non-Black agents, on the value of life insurance with living benefits.

National Life Group® is a trade name of National Life Insurance Company, founded in Montpelier, VT in 1848. Life Insurance Company of the Southwest, Addison, TX, Chartered in 1955 and their Affiliates.
